i love tis song very much, when i first heard it was last year HUGE camp, i was full of burden, lost and heavy due to a lot of things, if can, i dun wish tat i'm in the HUGE.. one of the session worship wit tis song, i look at the lyrics, wat a simple lyrics, but it means so much to me and i think even God, at tat very moment, i been touched wit tis song, everything has thrown away, nothing is between me and God, i was dwelling in His presence, i was emptied and filling wit his presence... i know is not about my problem, my burden but is all about God tat cares so much for me..
He is just so wonderful and beautiful to me, all i will say is "forever i love you", it's such a simple word but how many time we have not trust Him and commit everything to Him..
i listened to tis song when i drive back home from work at mid nite (bz and stressful season -_- ) i've been touched again..

Kancil Awards 2007

i just finish all the compilation and checking the video play list 10 mins (i think) before the event start, at first i was quite gen jiong cuz was still rushing for the compilation, making sure tat everything is inside the Avid, n not showing everthing b4 the result is announced..

b4 distributing other award, Judges video (comment by the 9 judges)
then followed by student awards and other categories..
after judges video, then only i started relief, cuz it's done by me, i didn mix down the video which then only i realize mixing down the video into 1 clip then only play back is safer, wat i've played back was a timeline wit all the edits >_< the rest was just play back with more concious and it was quite smooth, nothing much happen, only sometimes did some mistake but which is ok (i think..haha..) my colleague really take care of me, cuz tis is my first time involve in Kancil Awards and making sure tat i ate my dinner (cant escape thou i wanted cuz i was concentrating the event, dun feel like eating).. anyway, i'm really thankful to them, instead of working alone, i feel like working as a team wit one heart and one vision! to make the Kancil success! haha..

* what i do?
there're diff ppl controlling the systems/machines (video, flash, sound and lighting), i'm the one who control the video presentation.

** i like the Film gold winner - Tan Hong Ming, the ad is really good, i watched many time oso not bored, haha... n another merited ad - Teenager, until now i still laugh when i watch it (if anyone wanna watch it, can get it from me.. i keeping a copy =p)
** btw, i prefer i'm on the stage instead of backstage..haha.. to receive the award..

Secret

i love tis movie, nice and awesome story! nvr expect such good movie produced by Jay Chow, i really didn put much expectation on his movie.. but after watch it, mm.. it grabs my heart, tot it's just simple love story, how it start, how it flows and end as how a love story supposed to end.. indeed, it is a simple story but there's an impact at where he explain the story (if u cant understand the story then is hard to find out where's the impact), he twisted the flow and the time but instead, it helps to understand even clearer..

and more thing, i didn know jay chow can play piano so well!! haha.. oops!

Kancil Judging Week

after packing up the stuff (my pc, CDs/DVDs entries, my beloved mojo..etc) last week by help of Jay (my head of design), we go to Sunway Convention Center and set up, the conference room was not big cuz it's just for video and radio play back for 9 judges but it was very cold, another conference room for print, poster, design..etc, tis was biiiig, there're many entries, all over the floor and chairs..
first day was a bit confused with the entry list, i tot i didn compile 1 of the category so i called Jay then talked to Gavin (from TMMC) then only realize, i did compiled, just tat it's under diff category.. phew~ confusing man~ (my first time...-__-)
i kinda like the way the foreigner judges, they are professional, they judged out of creativity, they wil find out how and why the piece is made, and they'll keep a standard, so tat the industry know wat is considered a good piece and the standard of Kancil award.
tis 3 days was fun, get to meet diff type of ppl, they r friendly; it was exciting, cuz will nvr know wat the judges gonna ask from us, there will ask for more informative entries when the ad tat shown them was not wat it shld be, then we have to go and find out the CDs/DVDs if there's more things to show them and have to b fast..haha.. it was relax (a bit), IF nothing happen, and the food was nice!! had hotel chinese restaurant food for 2 days, hotel lunch buffet for 1 day.. =D

* another colleague aka client, Cannes (from TMMC, another confusing thing) who was working wit me on tat day, was from same secondary school - SMKBBSP as me! haha.. i really cant rmb i saw her in school but we r clicked to each other, we talked a lot, really enjoyed working wit her beside just doing wat i like here..=) met new fren, haha.. i'm gonna enjoy my work more..

Zombie Week

tis week is the most bz ever in my working life, it was so rush, cuz the script was late summit to us..
- last fri nite (28/9) only finish the vo recording (narrator for the video) and the first preview to client instead of agency is on tis tues (2/10)
- mon (1/10) rush the job until around 9pm for next day first preview
- tues (2/10) rush the changes after the first preview until 12am++ for 2nd preview wit agency on wed and wit client on thurs
- wed (3/10) rush the changes after preview wit agency until almost 1am
- thurs (4/10) summitted the video, and wait for the client's highest man's feedback, while waiting, rush for an award compilation for judging next week til 12am++
- fri (5/10) rush for compilation til 12am
- sat (6/10) stil rush from afternoon til 11pm++

thou was bz, but it wasn't a blinded bz le, i learnt a lot, i feel it's fruitful wit tis kinda working life but not always like tat la, it kills man~ next week is my holiday~~ haha.. nola, i'm going out of office, for an advertising award judging, to compile, present, and play back ad for judging, wau, it will be a new and great challenge to me..=)

Do You Need Mood to Work?

sometimes i just scared of myself, cuz of the laziness, i feel so lazy to work, i just feel like sleeping, once i step into office, i'll on my pc n online instead of immediately follow up my job.. but ofcuz if i got job to rush, i'll have to finish n there's where my working mood arise.. now my mood came already, i have to "catch up the mood" n work, 2 jobs to do.. haha..

Commercial Shoot

today 6am need to reach office! 5am wake up, is hard for me somemore today is sat.. @_@ for a commercial shoot, wat i need to do is just playing back the music for the commercial.. mm.. thou i wouldn involve much in tis job, n tis video will be edited by previous editor n my head i think.. but i'll let myself learn something new..
we have bigger production team compare to previous company, they use P2 format (instead of tape), it's something new to me (thou is not new in tis industry), so i took initiative n ask the media guy (not sure if tis is the rite word).. after finish the P2 card, they will take out n slot it into laptop thru P2 drive n copy into our hard disc as data file, mxf format, (each take 1 clip) n then editor will convert it into editable format. (subject to wat software he use, according to the editor, currently there's no software can read mxf)
we work til 6pm++, back office at 7pm++ after packing up the stuff. thou is tiring to me but atleast i learnt something new n oso... earned some money..hehe..i didn expect i'll get pay, tot is part of my job.. =)





What is P2?

P2 Cards are Memory cards in a PCMCIA format, roughly the same size as a credit card. P2 Cards house 4 high speed Secure Digital (yes, the same cards that digital still cameras use) laid out in a raid array. Currently in 2gb and 4gb sizes, an 8gb version will be released in the next few months. By being solid state and in a metal shell, the P2 cards are the most durable Video storage medium available. It's main competition, Sony’s XDCam Blue Laser, is a disc based format, which can't take even a fraction of the 1500g's of shock the P2 cards can, let alone scratches, dust, dirt, etc. By using SD cards, Panasonic has guaranteed an easy roadmap for future expansion, as normal high demand SD cards increase in size and decrease in price, so will the P2 cards. This relieves the sole burden (read cost) of Panasonic developing increased capacities in the future.

Consequence of Anger

i fight wit ppl..
i was been abused..
nola..haha.. was scratched by my dog-Eeyore.. i was very hardworking, clean up my room rubbish bin and put the rubbish outside of the house, he go and tear out all the rubbish until the rubbish spread all around the place..ish! he is superb naughty, really made me angry n burst out, so i wacked him gau gau wit my rotan, my sis did adviced me to tight him up first, cuz he's very ganas oso, wil hurt me when he struggle, but i dun care, i was so fire, just wack him wit all i can! so.. became like tis la..
mm.. when i see my hand, i was thinking, should i so angry? it will hurt myself oso when i'm so angry.. but the good thing happen is, when i show my hand to one of my youth, he ask whether i seen doctor,wau, i was so touched, know y? cuz he seldom care for ppl, (mm..may b not apply to me only..haha..) anyway, our relationship is not as good as a relationship of a leader and youth should have, i dunno y, may b to him, i'm not capable to b a leader, and now i'm trying all my best to care for the youth especially him (ofcuz i did pray oso, only God can change a person)

Reunion Dinner

tonite went out dinner wit relative whom we long time nvr visit, when i have dinner wit them, i realize i really grown up, haha.. i have to b like dah gah zeh, take care of the younger (if i can), i took initive to talk to my cousin who r younger, how old r they, wat r they doing... n so on.. (oh gosh, really strange to my relative.. @_@).. last time used to b the other way round, my aunt or uncle ask me wan..
when we were small/very young, adult r just easily approach us, play wit us n talk to us, trying to make us small, just bcuz we are innocent? but y when we r grown up, become adult, we cant just talk to each other like kids? i mean wit true heart n b ourself without hesitate or think so much bout wat the person thinking or figuring out who they r..
innocent adult doens means stupid adult, have to be have like smart people, be having someone tat society/own community want..=/

Amadeus

i found my movie! -->> Amadeus
i was hunting it since i was in college, tat time my lecturer show tis movie during the lecture (forgotten which subject, i think music history?? =p) i like it bcuz of the story line, talk bout Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart (i think so, i haven really finish watching it, tat's y i look for the dvd, i didn borrow from college n watch, may be i wanna collect it). it's funny (espeically Mozart's laugh, tat's crazy n annoying.. haha..) n it talks more than just music, sorry, i haven really watch it, write in the blog first, to share my joy.. haha..
it's hardly found in msia, i think can b easily found n get it in internet, i found it in spore HMV, it cost RM80++, for me tat time is expensive, so didn buy it, but thank God, i found in msia n cost RM39.90 only.. haha..
