Birthday Song from Church

i've got a very special birthday song from church.

thanks to my sis, she told most of the people in church that today is my birthday, ended up they spread all over the church, until bro raymond who was the worship leader today, suggested to sing me birthday song. what really surprise me was pastor agreed to his suggestion and immediately those musicians discuss they key and start playing birthday song.. gosh! all i can do is just smiling on stage as i was the pianist today.
anyhow, i feel very appreciated with such blessing, they are such a big family of mine, such a gift is must better than things that money can buy. =)

Back to... Life

long holiday is over, is time to get back to bz life after christmas season, chinese new year, even valentines day!
bz life as in bz weekend, have to prepare for church stuff, wont b free anymore except may b 1st week of the month.. tmr is 1st youth & young adult cell group meeting in 2009, need to do some preparation for tis week, no more relax (may b can, but i wont allow myself to relax), have to b committed to it.. a bit tak biasa, oso a bit mm seh dek, had fun too long dy..

5th Week Outing - Zoo

took almost 3hr to zoo, crazy! cuz we all sesat jalan.. ish.. after today, we all familiar wit kl road dy especially jalan kuching, dunno y we always heading to jalan kuching.. thank God no one was complaining for taking so long hr inside my car, in fact, were still joking, having fun inside the car (we drove 2 cars, 9 of us going), all crazy ppl..

we splitted to 2 teams for treasure hunt, they were given 8 questions (clue) to find the animal in 1 hr

after lunch, visit the zoo, we have not enuf time to see all animal, really missed out a lot..

* almost 7am back from work, slept a while then go to zoo, i didn felt anything until i back from zoo, only realize i just slept 2hr++ yesterday, immediatelly felt exhausted..

First Time to Kuen Cheng 坤成独中

first time been to one of my church youth secondary school who is 15 years old (sounds like i'm so old), i was very happy tat i was been invited (as her sis?).. honestly, i was too lazy to go after church (as most of the ppl around me know i CARE bout my sunday nap), but i even care about her - Carmen, the only child in the family, her mum always ask us to take care of her..

haha.. i wish i could create a Graces' Club, gather all the Graces, haha.. i have another 3 more friends called Grace, God's "Grace" is everywhere~~

Youth Alpha Introduction Night

today is our first Alpha week - Alpha Introduction Week. wat a wonderful nite we had! almost everything ran smoothly, except the F&B, tat part a bit messy, may b we didn know how's the food n drinks arrangement, but overall was great!

everyone trying out their best to do everything, smile the whole nite, very good hospitality n i saw the unity even b4 the alpha n during the alpha. can see God really bless n take care of our alpha, He provided everything we need, like: tables, we got it from my auntie, so we no need to buy; knife for chop stick which is very hard to get it from market n it's expensive, we got it from one of our young adult - Andrew, cuz he work in a bakery shop; platessss, got it from Joey's colleague who work in hotel n more, etc, etc...provided n helped by our church adult, most of all, is the diff talent from the youth n young adult, creativity, organize, commitment n so on..

most important is, we can serve in 1 heart, 1 body, 1 mind, 1 hand and 1 vision! do our best n God do the rest, we are just moving the hand of God!

Mission Trip - Indonesia

back from mission trip yesterday, at indonesia, 5 days mission trip in Duri & Pekan Baru.. it was a challenging mission trip cuz only 7 of us including pastor, but need to lead children ministry which have 100++ children.. >_< anyway, by God's help, we could manage to handle it..

my church is supporting a church in Pekan Baru, so we did go tat church as well.. 1st and 2nd day went to Duri then only we go to Pekan Baru..

all the children there are very active, watever we ask them to do, they will just respond it sportingly, can see they are really expecting something from us, make us wanna serve them with all our heart. and they are so cute..

Alpha Course in Progress

my church youth and yound adult is going to run Alpha course, we just had our training last sat, oh~~ it was so fun and relax, totally diff from a cell group (anyway, it's not a cell group course).. n i cant wait to have the course in my church.. i believe there will be something great happen.. =)

2nd day of training which was a practical training, we have to take turn to do the sharing, and put in some related drama which is stated in the book (reference material / leader's guide).. haha.. everyone enjoy doing tat, and very open to do watever they need to do.. then at the end the people from this Alpha pray for each of us, i thank God tat He spoke to me and after the prayer, they said i did very well in sharing cuz i'm very dramatic, full of movement, is capturing, and Tim said he can see tat i can be a good speaker, then Winnie said i can b very good in youth community...wau! tis is really encouraging, cuz i feel tat i did really bad and was thinking to give up my ministry, n approach to pastor if there's any better people can serve in youth ministry then just let him/her to take over.. but seems like God stil wan me to involve in youth ministry, if not, God wil not take away all those capable people from tis ministry, n he shld have open up the door for me to go other ministry..

so, i just do watever God wan me to do.. God's will and plan is always the best..

* i'll try to post up every Alpha course event, most probably tis course wil start next month (May), see how God's going to move greatly in my church..=)
